As our office reopens you will see many changes in our office from the way we interact, the way we are dressed and the process of the appointment itself. Please be patient with us during the next few weeks as we reach out to those of you that missed appointments during our closure. We do have some patients with pressing issues that will need more immediate care. Please know that we have not forgotten about you and will get in touch with you as soon as we can.

There is new additional personal protective equipment that we have procured for both your safety as well as our staff. Appointments will be spaced to allow for social distancing between patients and to allow additional disinfecting procedures. This may reduce available options for your appointment.

When we reach out to confirm your appointment, we will ask screening questions that will be asked again once you arrive to your appointment. We ask that once you arrive to your appointment you call to let us know that you have arrived but remain in your vehicle.

Please wear a mask to your appointment. A staff member will come to your vehicle, ask the screening questions again and take your temperature. The staff member will then escort you into the office and the designated treatment room. We will have multiple hand sanitizers placed throughout the office. Tissue, magazines and other disposables have been removed from countertops. We are suspending our coffee and snack bar for the time being.

We request that only the patient come inside to the appointment. We will allow one parent/guardian come in with the child being seen. If anyone in your family has a cough, fever, sore throat, or other flu like symptoms please reschedule your appointment.

*The CDC recommends that you remain fever free without the use of fever-reducing medication for 24 hours.

We will be taking payment, and handling paperwork electronically and over the phone to minimize contact as much as possible. The office temperature will be lower than normal so please dress accordingly. If you like the comfort of a neck pillow or blanket during your appointment, we ask that you bring your own to your appointment. We do not have any for use during this time.

We thank you again for your patience as we work through this time. We are excited to be back and can’t wait to see you again!
